Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $40 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $200 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. Pet Policy


A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs is permitted. This animal limit includes pets, Emotional Support Animals, and Service Animals. Unregistered pets are subject to violation and fines. The weight of any individual pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered. 

Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.
