A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs is permitted. This animal limit includes pets, Emotional Support Animals, and Service Animals. Unregistered pets are subject to violation and fines. The weight of any individual pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. I have been here almost 15 months and don’t have plans to move anytime soon. It’s perfect for my family. Maintenance is efficient and quick. Rent is as affordable as you can get nowadays. Great location. Even my teenager likes it here, and teenagers don’t like anything lol - Resident

Steve Miller, Jimmy, and et al, Have been so wonderful to me! Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I am so happy. I am elderly/handicapped and your employees have gone out of their way to help me! Steve Miller even set up my t.v.for me because I am not very good with technology.
